Primary purpose: Support each other to improve business and marketing (cannot be changed)

Secondary purpose: Leadership growth and personal development through business.

 Meeting Guidelines:

1. Attendance criteria: although it is highly encouraged to attend all meetings to preserve the cohesion of the group, there are no consequences for missing sessions.
2. Please show up on time. Showing up late disrupts the flow of the meetings.
3. Quarterly topics and session design is set at the beginning of each quarter.
4. Session topics and design adjustments will be discussed in the group in the last session of each quarter and decided by a majority vote. 
5. Confidentiality and non-disclosure: Any and all information shared in the group (personal and professional) is to be held in the highest confidentiality. By joining the Mastermind you agree not to share other members’ information outside the group. Anyone breaking this guideline will be asked to leave the group immediately.
6. Adding members: New members can be suggested/ nominated by a current group member at the end of each quarter (see new member benchmarks below)
7. When considering new members, a group consensus will be sought, but the final decision will be determined by the MM group facilitators (Mark & Miles).
8. Removing Members: the MM group facilitators (Mark & Miles) reserve the right to remove any member who is either not meeting the guidelines, or is not the right fit for the MM group

Please Refrain From The Following

1. We are an apolitical group. Please refrain from identity politics and advocating religious, political, health, or ideological views.
2. Refrain from hidden agendas or misrepresentation of your intentions.
3. Refrain from trying to generate business leads from other members.
4. Refrain from pitching, or promoting your products or services.
5. Refrain from distractions or multi-tasking of any type (phones, email, social media, etc.).
6. Refrain from giving therapy.
7. Refrain from whining & complaining, or gossiping.

• Application to this Mastermind group is through introduction only.
• Applicants must meet our entry benchmarks (see below).
• Applicants are required to read the Mastermind charter (see below).
• If the applicant is accepted then they can join the Mastermind at the beginning of the next upcoming quarter.
• It is recommended that applicants join the WhatsApp group to get to know members.
• It is recommended that applicants join one of our “Casual Wednesday” informal meetings to see if the group/ new member is a fit.

• Applicants must be an entrepreneur with an established online business in the personal development/ transformation space.
• Applicant must meet one of the following audience size benchmarks:
  
  1) In your business, you have a 50K -100K+ email list, or…
  
  2) You have a social media following/ audience size equivalent to a 50K -100K+ email list, or…
  
  3) You have audience recognition as an author, performer, filmmaker, etc. equivalent to the above benchmarks., or...
  
  4) You run a marketing agency that manages 50K -100K+ email lists
  
  
• Applicants' Personal Practice: You have at least 10 years + of serious practice in personal development
